Common use of Conditions for all Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Conditions for all Delivery Points. a. A Delivery Point may be  an Access Point connected to the XXXX Xxxx;  an Access Point connected to the Public Distribution Grid  another point within the electrical facilities of a grid user downstream of an Access Point connected to the XXXX Grid (hereinafter referred to as "Submetering Delivery Point" );  another point within the electrical facilities of a grid user downstream of an Access Point connected to the Public Distribution Grid (hereinafter referred as "DSO Submetering Delivery Point");  a point within a CDS connected to the XXXX Xxxx.

Conditions for all Delivery Points. a. A Delivery Point may be be:  an Access Point connected to the XXXX Xxxx;  an Access Point connected to the Public Distribution Grid  another point within the electrical facilities of a grid user downstream of an Access Point connected to the XXXX Grid (hereinafter referred to as "Submetering Delivery Point" );  another point within the electrical facilities of a grid user downstream of an Access Point connected to the Public Distribution Grid (hereinafter referred as "DSO Submetering Delivery Point");  a point within a CDS connected to the XXXX Xxxx.
