Conditions for Seller’s Authorization. The Buyer shall be entitled to repair such Warranted Parts: • provided the Buyer notifies the Seller Representative of its intention to perform Inhouse Warranty repairs before any such repairs are started where the estimated cost of such repair is in excess of US Dollars ****.
