Common use of Conditions of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Authorization. The Buyer will be entitled to the benefits under this Subclause 12.1.7 for repair of Warranted Parts: (b) if the following conditions are satisfied: (i) only if adequate facilities and qualified personnel are available to the Buyer, (ii) in accordance with the Seller's written instructions set forth in documents such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Component Maintenance Manual (Manufacturer), Component Maintenance Manual (Vendor) and Structural Repair Manual, and (iii) only to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect.

The Buyer will be entitled to the benefits under this Subclause sub-Clause 12.1.7 for repair of Warranted Parts: (b) if the following conditions are satisfied: (ia) only if adequate facilities and qualified personnel are available to the Buyer, (iib) in accordance with the Seller's written instructions set forth in documents such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Component Maintenance Manual (Manufacturer), Component Maintenance Manual (Vendor) and Structural Repair Manual, and (iiic) only to the extent specified by the Seller, or, in the absence of such specification, to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect, in accordance with the standards set forth in sub-Clause 12.1.10.
