Common use of Conditions of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Authorization. The Buyer will be entitled to the benefits under this Clause 12.1.8 for repair of Warranted Parts: (a) if the relevant facilities and personnel are certified and/or qualified under applicable FAA regulations to perform the subject repairs; (b) provided that repairs are to be performed in accordance with the Seller’s written instructions set forth in applicable Technical Data; and (c) only to the extent specified by the Seller, or, in the absence of the Seller’s specifying, to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect, in accordance with the standards set forth in Clause l2.1.11.

The Buyer will be entitled to the benefits under this Clause 12.1.8 for repair of Warranted Parts: (a) if the relevant adequate facilities and qualified personnel are certified and/or qualified under applicable FAA regulations available to perform the subject repairs;Buyer, (b) provided that repairs are to be performed in accordance with the Seller’s written instructions set forth in applicable Technical Data; , or such other written instructions of the Seller pertaining to repair of such Warranted Part, and (c) only to the extent specified by the Seller, or, in the absence of the Seller’s specifyingwritten instructions, to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect, defect in accordance with the standards set forth in Clause l2.1.1112.1.11.

(b) c. provided that repairs are to be performed in accordance with the Seller’s written instructions set forth in applicable Technical Data; and (c) d. only to the extent specified by the Seller, or, in the absence of the Seller’s specifying, to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect, in accordance with the standards set forth in Clause l2.1.1112.1.11.

(c) provided that repairs are to be performed in accordance with the Seller’s written instructions set forth in applicable Technical Data; Data and (cd) only to the extent specified by the Seller, or, in the absence of the Seller’s specifying, to the extent reasonably necessary to correct the defect, in accordance with the standards set forth in Clause l2.1.1112.1.10.
