Conditions of Buyer's Obligations. For the purposes of this Agreement “Due Diligence Period” shall mean the thirty (30) day period from and after the Effective Date. The obligation of Buyer under this Agreement to purchase the Property from Seller is contingent on the satisfaction of the following conditions within each condition’s respective time-period (any one of which may be waived in whole or in part by Buyer within each condition’s time period):
