If a Recipient discloses Confidential Information of a Disclosing Party to a person under clause 20.2 (Disclosee), the Recipient must: (a) ensure that the Disclosee is aware that the Confidential Information is confidential information of the Disclosing Party; and (b) use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Disclosee does not improperly disclose or improperly use the Confidential Information.
