Common use of Conditions of Effectiveness of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Effectiveness of Amendment. This Amendment shall become effective upon the receipt by IBM Credit of this Amendment that shall have been authorized, executed and delivered by each of the parties hereto and IBM Credit shall have received a copy of such fully executed Amendment.

This Amendment shall become effective upon the receipt execution by IBM Credit and each of the Loan Parties, provided that IBM Credit receives a duly authorized and executed counterpart of this Amendment that shall have been authorized, executed and delivered by from each of the parties hereto and IBM Credit shall have received a copy of such fully executed AmendmentLoan Parties on or prior to August __, 2015.

This Amendment shall become effective upon the receipt execution by IBM Credit and each of the Loan Parties, provided that IBM Credit receives a duly authorized and executed counterpart of this Amendment that shall have been authorized, executed and delivered by from each of the parties hereto and IBM Credit shall have received a copy of such fully executed AmendmentLoan Parties on or prior to March 31, 2012.
