Conditions of Insurance. Unless otherwise authorized by the XXXXX Board of Directors, strict adherence to this schedule is required. Any deviation without prior authorization from the XXXXX Board of Directors will result in a delay in the finalization of this Agreement. The Contractor shall submit copies of any or all required insurance policies as and when requested by the XXXXX.
