Continue Bookings. (1) The Concessioner shall continue to accept all future bookings for any hotel, lodging facilities, or other facilities and services for which advance reservations are taken. The Concessioner shall not divert any bookings to other facilities managed or owned by the Concessioner or any affiliate of the Concessioner. The Concessioner shall notify all guests with bookings for any period after the Termination Date that the New Concessioner will operate the facilities and services.

Continue Bookings. (1) The Lessee shall continue to accept all future bookings for any facilities and services for which advance reservations are taken; not divert any bookings to other facilities managed or owned by the Lessee or any affiliate of the Lessee; and notify all guests with bookings for any period after the Termination Date that the New Lessee will operate the facilities and services.
Continue Bookings. Continue to accept all future bookings for any hotel, lodging facilities, or other facilities and services for which advance reservations are taken; not divert any bookings to other facilities managed or owned by the Concessionaire or any affiliate of the Concessionaire; and notify all guests with bookings for any period after the Termination Date that the facilities and services are to be operated by the New Concessionaire. The Concessionaire may quote rates based upon rates approved by the Department. Promptly following notification to the Concessionaire by the Department of the selection of the New Concessionaire, the Concessionaire shall provide the New Concessionaire with a copy of Concessionaire’s reservation log for visitor services as of the last day of the month prior to the selection of the New Concessionaire, and thereafter the Concessionaire shall update such log on a periodic basis (but no less frequently than thirty (30) days) until the Termination Date. The reservation log shall include, without limitation, the name of each guest, and the guest’s (1) address, (2) contact information, (3) dates of stay, (4) rate quoted, (5) amount of advance deposit received and (6) confirmation number, if applicable.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Infertility Services This plan covers the following services, in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-20. • Services for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility if you are:

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Reconex.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Promotional Examinations All promotional examinations shall be competitive and shall be conducted in the same manner as open examinations except that admission to a promotional examination shall be restricted to persons in the employ of the County who have served at least six months following regular appointment to the classified service and who meet the published requirements for the examination. The Commission shall determine whether an examination shall be held on a promotional or open basis. 1492 Disposition of Papers and Records Prescribed application forms of persons who fail to appear for the written test and examination records of candidates who fail to qualify in the written test shall be destroyed at any time after thirty days from the date of promulgation of the eligible list. Examination records of candidates who qualify in an examination shall be retained during the life of the eligible list or for 15 months, whichever is longer, and the examination records of each appointee shall be filed in his/her permanent personnel folder. Following the period during which competitors may inspect their examination papers, and after their ratings in each part of the examination have been transferred to examination records, examination materials such as question booklets, answer sheets and work papers may be destroyed, but general qualification appraisal sheets and applications shall be retained at least 15 months from the date of the promulgation of the eligible list.   • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.
