Conditions of Lease Provider Participation. A Contractor shall only designate Lease Providers that have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Appendix D: Lease Vehicles. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain agreement from the Lease Provider and to certify such agreement to OGS.
