Conditions of Offer. The Company’s offer of employment is conditioned on Executive’s submission of satisfactory proof of legal authorization to work in the United States and, if requested, Executive’s completion of a standard background check to the satisfaction of the Company. This offer is also conditioned on Executive signing and returning the Company’s Employee Patent, Confidentiality, and Non-Solicitation/Non-Compete Agreement. ​
