Common use of Conditions of Payment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article ARTICLE 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article ARTICLE 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES;; and, (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant and the Associate at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 ARTICLE 5 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES REQUIREMENTS above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONEARTICLE 3 – Investment by Alberta Innovates, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINESContribution of the Applicant; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant and the Service Provider at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES – Reporting and Payment Timelines above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES3.2; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Alberta Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES;; and (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the SME Applicant and the Testing Site Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - – MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - – MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant and the Industry Partner at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) a. the Applicant at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) b. the Project progressing as set out in Article ARTICLE 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) c. the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) d. the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article ARTICLE 4 - MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES;; and (e) e. timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment. Alberta Innovates’ obligation to pay the Investment, or any portion or instalment thereof, is conditional on: (a) the Applicant and the Service Provider(s) at all times being in compliance with the Investment Agreement; (b) the Project progressing as set out in Article 4 - – MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES above; (c) the Project being completed by the Project Completion Date; (d) the Contribution to carry out and complete the Project remaining in place and being applied in accordance with Article 4 - – MILESTONE, REPORTING AND PAYMENT TIMELINES; (e) timely completion of all Reports as required.

Conditions of Payment.
