Cumulative Changes in Excess of Twelve Months. For clarity, any changes over the Term of the Project that result in more than a twelve (12) month extension from the original Project Completion Date will not be approved by Alberta Innovates. Should such changes delay the Project Completion Date for more than twelve (12) months from the initial Project Completion Date, all funding from Alberta Innovates shall cease on the day after the one year anniversary of the original Project Completion Date, unless otherwise approved by Alberta Innovates in writing.
