Common use of CONDITIONS OF PREMISES Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS OF PREMISES. A. Within forty-eight (48) hours after you move-in, you are required to submit an online Room Condition Update to notify us in writing of any defects or damages in your assigned space (including common area, fixtures, appliances and furniture). Failure to do so will result in the assigned space being considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and you will be responsible for defects or damages that may have occurred before you moved in.
