At End of Lease Term. I. At the end of the Term, Owner or owners’ representative will inspect the premises for damages. This inspection and determination of any damage to the Premises or Unit shall be final and binding on Tenant.

At End of Lease Term. At the end of the Lease Term , Xxxxxx shall surrender the Premises to Lessor, together with all additions, improvements and other alterations thereto, in broom-clean condition and in good order and repair except for ordinary wear and tear and damage for which Lessee is not obligated to make repairs under this Lease. If the Lease Term ends on the Expiration Date (rather than as a result of an early termination), then not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Lease Term, Lessee shall remove all additions, improvements and other alterations made to the Premises by Lessee, repair all damage to the Premises caused by such removal and restore the Premises to the condition in which they were prior to the alterations so removed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall leave in place any and all alterations which Lessor requests Lessee to leave in place.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, Landlord hereby reserves to itself and its designees all rights of access, use and occupancy of the Building roof, and Tenant shall have no right of access, use or occupancy of the Building roof except (if at all) to the extent required in order to enable Tenant to perform Tenant's maintenance and repair obligations pursuant to this Lease.
