To the best of the Borrower's knowledge, except as set forth in the Property Condition Reports provided to the Lender, the buildings, structures and improvements included on or within each of the Properties are structurally sound, free of material damage and waste, and in good repair, and all mechanical, electrical, heating, air conditioning, drainage, sewer, water and plumbing systems are in proper working order. The Borrower has performed the repairs and other work that is described as having been performed in Schedule J hereto.
