Plumbing Systems definition

Plumbing Systems means all potable water supply and distribution pipes, all plumbing fixtures and traps, all drainage and vent pipes and all building drains, including their respective joints, connections, devices, receptacles, and appurtenances within the property lines of the premises and shall include potable water piping, a potable water treating or using equipment, fuel gas piping, water heaters and vents for the same.

FIRE ALARM: Fire alarm panel is provided, including fire alarm devices as required by code in core and common areas. SECURITY: A card access system to be provided at the main entry doors of the building. Elevator card access also to be available based on tenant needs (but at Tenant's sole cost and expense).   • Roof means a non-porous cover for a structure such as (by way of example and not limitation) Lexan barriers or shingles but not a shade trellis, ivy or other open or porous material that may also be used as a cover.
