Conditions of Supply from Gilead Suppliers. Gilead shall be a party to any agreement between Licensee and a Gilead Supplier that provides for the supply of API to Licensee from such Gilead Supplier. Any such agreement between Gilead, Licensee and a Gilead Supplier shall include and be subject to the following conditions:
