License Limitations. The License granted in Section 2, “Grant of a Limited Use License,” is subject to the limitations contained in this Agreement – and applicable agreements, policies, and terms and conditions referenced herein – (“License Limitations”), including, but not limited to, those specified within this section below. Any use of the Products or Services in violation of the License Limitations will be regarded as an infringement of CellTrust’s copyrights, and any other legal rights of CellTrust, in and to the Products and/or Services. You agree, under any circumstances, that You SHALL NOT Yourself, or through any affiliate, agent or any other third party:
(a) Attempt, or knowingly permit or encourage others to attempt, to copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, modify, decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise decrypt or discover or derive the source code of all or any portion of the Products or Services;
(b) Sell, resell, lease, license, sublicense, rent, encumber, or otherwise transfer to others any rights in any portion of the Products or Services;
(c) Create, write, or develop any derivative works based on the Products or Services without express, written permission from CellTrust to do so;
(d) Use any portion of the Products or Services in any manner except as expressly provided for in this Agreement;
(e) Use the Products or Services for the primary purpose of exploiting vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the Products and Services without express, written permission from CellTrust to do so;
(f) Use the Products or Services for the primary purpose of studying its features to, directly or indirectly, build, develop, or create any products similar to the Products and Services;
(g) Use the Products or Services to provide processing services to third parties, to provide commercial timesharing, rental or sharing arrangements to third parties on a "service bureau" basis, or to otherwise allow any third party to use the Products or Services for the benefit of any third party;
(h) Facilitate, maintain, create, revise, disclose, divulge or make available to, or permit unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the Products or Services;
(i) Share personally identifiable information on any individual or confidential information without the authority to do so, or provide any personally identifiably information (“PII”) or Personal Health Information (“PHI”) on yourself or any individual data subject without having the legal authority (and/or full consent...
License Limitations. No licenses or other rights are granted by Acuitas hereunder to use any trademark, trade name, trade dress or service ▇▇▇▇ owned or otherwise Controlled by Acuitas or any of its Affiliates. All licenses and other rights are or shall be granted only as expressly provided in this License Agreement, and no other licenses or other rights are or shall be created or granted by either Party hereunder by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
License Limitations. You may not distribute, redistribute, sell, resell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Progress Telerik JustMock Product Package or any portions thereof.

b) reverse engineer, decompile, decipher, disassemble or otherwise attempt to access source code of the Application, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation;
c) modify or make any derivative works of the Application, in whole or in part;
d) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Application or any copy thereof;
e) use the Application to infringe the rights of HTC, its affiliates, or any third party or in any way that does not comply with all applicable laws;
f) publish, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Application;
g) distribute, transfer, disclose or otherwise provide the Application to any third party;
h) use the Application in connection with a commercial purpose; or
i) make any use of the Application in any manner not permitted by this Agreement.
License Limitations. Any use of the Service in violation of these License Limitations is strictly prohibited, can result in the immediate revocation of your limited license granted by Section 1.4, and may subject you to liability for violations of law. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DISRUPT OR INTERFERE WITH THE SERVICE INCLUDING UNDERMINING OR MANIPULATING THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF GOLFSTATUS IS A VIOLATION OF GOLFSTATUS POLICY AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
a. Engage in any act that GolfStatus deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service, including but not limited to circumventing or manipulating these Terms, service mechanics or policies;
b. Make improper use of GolfStatus’s support services, including by submitting false abuse reports; or
c. Use the Services in connection with any violation of any applicable law or regulation, or do anything that promotes the violation of any applicable law or regulation;
d. Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Services, or any GolfStatus experience;
e. Use the Services in order to design or assist in the design of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Services or any GolfStatus experience;
f. Without GolfStatus’s express written consent, modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Services;
g. Disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of (1) any computer or server used to offer or support the Services (each a “Server”); or (2) the enjoyment of the Services by any other person;
h. Institute, assist, or become involved in any type of attack, including without limitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the Service, or other attempts to disrupt the Service or any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Services; or
i. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, Accounts registered to others or to the computers, Servers, or networks connected to the Service by any means other than the user interface provided by GolfStatus, including but not limited to, by circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person to circumvent or modify, any security, technology, device, or software that is part of the Services;
j. Post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamat...
License Limitations. Licensee may only use the Software in an active state for the number of hours for which Licensee has purchased such AMI.
License Limitations. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no licenses or other rights are granted or created hereunder to use any patent right, Know-How or other intellectual property rights owned or in-licensed by Aerpio or any of its Affiliates or licensors. All licenses and other rights are or will be granted only as expressly provided in this Agreement, and no other licenses or other rights is or will be created or granted hereunder by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
License Limitations. Neither the End-Customer nor its licensed End-Users shall:
(a) make any aspect of the Telematics Services or other Licensor Intellectual Property available or permit to anyone to use such Licensor Intellectual Property,
(b) transfer, sell, resell, lend, disclose, use, license, sublicense, distribute, rent or lease any aspect of the Telematics Services or other Licensor Intellectual Property in a service bureau or outsourcing offering or for timesharing purpose,
(c) use the Telematics Services or other Licensor Intellectual Property to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights,
(d) use the Telematics Services or other Licensor Intellectual Property to store or transmit Malicious Code, (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any aspect of the Telematics Services or other Licensor Intellectual Property,
(f) copy the Telematics Services, other Licensor Intellectual Property or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof,
(g) reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble or attempt to discover any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of Licensor Intellectual Property or otherwise use Licensor Intellectual Property other than as permitted herein, or (attempt to deface or remove any copyright, trademark, and other notices that appear on any Licensor Intellectual Property. This Section 3 shall survive the termination of this ▇▇▇▇.
License Limitations. Licensee’s right to install and use the Software is limited as follows based on the type of Software licensed:
(a) if Licensee has licensed Production Software or Development Software version(s) of the Software, then Licensee’s right to install and use the Software is limited based on the License Metrics applicable to the particular software application licensed as provided in a separate written document and as further provided in Section 3 of this Agreement; and
(b) if Licensee has licensed Evaluation Software, then Licensee’s right to install and use the Software is limited as provided in Section 4 of this Agreement.
