Common use of Conditions of Telecommunication Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Logging Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the access line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement. (b) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Lagoon only in the section from SORACOM Harvest to the Lagoon System. Telecommunication between the Lagoon System and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner access line and AWS customer agreement. (c) The number and frequency of user that can be create to the Lagoon System, the number and frequency of alert that can be set in the Lagoon System, and the number and frequency of dashboard that can be set to the Lagoon System have an upper limit specified separately by SORACOM. (d) SORACOM may disconnect telecommunication when maintenance of telecommunications facilities. (e) Telecommunication between Subscriber and Lagoon System is performed according to the method defined by SORACOM.
