CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY’S OBLIGATION AT THE CLOSING. The obligation of the Company to issue the Shares to the Investor is subject to the fulfillment or waiver by the Company prior to or on the Closing of the conditions set forth in this Section 6. In the event that any such condition is not satisfied to the satisfaction of the Company, then the Company shall not be obligated to proceed with the sale of the securities under this Agreement.
