CONDITIONS PRECEDENT IN FAVOUR OF THE PURCHASER. 29.1. If Clauses 2.4 and 2.5 of the Covering Schedule have been completed, then and in that instance this Agreement is subject to the condition precedent in favour of the Purchaser in that the Purchaser must be able to sell the Existing Property and obtain fulfilment of all and any conditions precedent thereto within the Sale Period. Transfer of the Existing Property must be registered in the relevant Deeds Registry on or before the Primary Transfer Date.
