Conditions Precedent to Addition of Foreign Subsidiary Borrowers. The obligation of the Lenders to make Loans, and of any LC Issuer to issue Letters of Credit, to any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.16, is subject to the satisfaction of each of the following conditions on or prior to the date any such Loan is made to, or Letter of Credit is issued for the account of, such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower:
