CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO APPROVAL OF ENTITLED LAND. Borrower may, from time to time, request Administrative Agent to approve Entitled Land for inclusion in the Borrowing Base. Approvals of Entitled Land for inclusion in the Borrowing Base shall be granted by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, provided, that as such Collateral satisfies the applicable requirements of this Agreement. Entitled Land shall be considered for inclusion in the Borrowing Base no more frequently than twice per Calendar Month. In addition to the conditions precedent for Advances herein, Borrower may include and maintain Entitled Land in the Borrowing Base only if the following conditions precedent are satisfied at all times that such Entitled Land is included in the Borrowing Base, in each case as determined by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion:
