CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISIONS. Borrower may, from time to time, request Administrative Agent to approve Subdivisions. Approvals of each Subdivision shall be granted by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, provided, that such Subdivision satisfies at all times the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 11. In any event, only Subdivisions located in the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Tucson, Sacramento and San Francisco, and other Northern California metropolitan areas shall be approved pursuant to this Agreement. When requesting consideration of a new Subdivision, Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent such documentation as Administrative Agent may require, and each of the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied, as determined by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion:
