CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAN. 4.1 (a) Utilisation of Borrowers Contribution: The Borrower assures the Bank that he has, prior to receiving the disbursement of the Loan this day as aforesaid utilised his own contribution i.e. the cost of the property less the Bank's Loan.
