Conditions Precedent to Each Advance, Swingline Loan and Letter of Credit. The obligation of (x) the Lenders to make, Convert or Continue each Advance, after the Restatement Effective Date, (y) the Swingline Lender to fund each Swingline Loan and (z) the Issuing Bank to issue, increase, extend or renew each Letter of Credit hereunder is subject to the fulfillment of each of the following conditions immediately prior to or contemporaneously with such Advance and/or issuance subject, in the case of any Loan or Advance in connection with a Limited Condition Acquisition, to Section 1.10:
