The Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders and the Borrower Representative, on or before 1:00 p.m. (New York time) on the day following the Facilities Increase Date of the effectiveness of the Facilities Increase on the Facilities Increase Date and shall record in the Register all applicable additional information in respect of such Facilities Increase.
