Conditions Precedent to Every Advance. The obligation of Lender to enter into this Agreement and to make each Advance hereunder shall be subject to the satisfaction, at Lender's sole discretion, of each of the following conditions precedent. To the extent that the conditions involve the delivery to Lender of any documents or other due diligence items, such documents and items shall be in form and content acceptable to Lender. Lender, at its sole discretion, may elect to waive any of these conditions or require that they be satisfied after closing hereunder.
