Conditions Precedent to First Advance. The Lenders shall have no obligation to make the first Advance to the Borrower hereunder unless at the time of making such Advance the following terms and conditions shall have been satisfied, in each case to the satisfaction of the Agent and the Lenders in their sole discretion:
