Authorised Officers. (a) Notice, approval, consent or other Communication given under this Contract may be given by an Authorised Officer of a Party specified in Schedule 6 to an Authorised Officer of another Party specified in Schedule 6.
(b) A Party may at any time, by notice given to the other Party, add or replace an Authorised Officer for the purposes of clause 37.11.
Authorised Officers. Any notice, information or communication given to or made by an Authorised Officer shall be deemed to have been given or made by the Authority. The Contractor shall decline from providing the Services to any of the Authority’s or Beneficiary’s staff who are not Authorised Officers.
Authorised Officers. For the purpose of the service the Welsh Assembly Government and Local Health Boards shall inform the provider immediately, in writing, of the details of any officer authorised to act on its behalf. Any notice, information or communication given by the authorised officer shall be deemed to have been given by the Welsh Assembly Government or Local Health Board as the case may be.
Authorised Officers ensure that any new or replacement Authorised Officer has provided the Agent with evidence satisfactory to it of such new officer(s)' authority and a specimen of his or their signature(s) prior to signing any Compliance Certificates, Drawdown Notices, or any other notices, requests or confirmations referred to in this Agreement or relating to the Facility;

Authorised Officers. 9.1 Any notice, information or communication given to or made by an Authorised Officer shall be deemed to have been given to or made by the Authority
9.2 The Contractor shall decline from providing the Services to any of the Authority‟s staff who are not Authorised Officers.
9.3 The Authority shall forthwith give notice in writing to the Contractor of any changes to any of the above Authorised Officers. Until notice of any change has been given the Contractor shall be entitled to treat as Authorised officer the person last notified to the Contractor as being the Authorised Officer.
9.4 The Authority shall ensure that the Authorised Officer or a competent deputy duly authorised to act on his behalf is available to the Contractor at all reasonable times.
Authorised Officers. Resolved that: The following persons [Insert names] be severally authorised to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the Company all documents, notices, instruments, certificates and communications necessary or desirable to be executed and delivered by and on behalf of the Company under and in accordance with the Documents.
5 Further assurances
Authorised Officers ensure that any new or replacement Authorised Officer has provided the Agent with evidence satisfactory to it of his authority and a specimen of his or her signature(s) prior to his signing any Compliance Certificates, Utilisation Notices, or any other notices, requests or confirmations referred to in this Agreement or relating to the Facilities; 49 52
Authorised Officers. 7.1. For the purpose of the service, the local health board shall inform the Pharmacy Contractor immediately, in writing, of the details of any officer authorised to act on its behalf. Any notice, information or communication given by the authorised officer shall be deemed to have been given by the Welsh Government or Local Health Board as the case may be.
Authorised Officers. The Borrower irrevocably authorises the Lender to rely on a certificate by a person purporting to be its director or secretary as to the identity and signatures of its Authorised Officers. The Borrower warrants that those persons have been authorised to give notices and communications under or in connection with the Transaction Documents.
