CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO INITIAL AND ALL LOANS. The BANK may in its sole and absolute discretion make LOANS available to the BORROWER, subject to the conditions precedent that, on or before the day of the initial LOAN, the BANK shall have received all of the following, each of which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the BANK:
