Conditions Precedent to Initial Distributions of Project. Revenues Generated by a Particular Approved Project. Without limiting anything set forth in Section 6.6, no Restricted Payment shall be made in respect of funds associated with or attributable to an Approved Project until the following conditions shall have been satisfied (or waived in writing by Administrative Agent with consent of Required Banks), which satisfaction may be demonstrated in connection with the satisfaction of the conditions precedent to Section 3.5 for any Acquisition Plant:
