Conditions Precedent to Initial Extension of Credit The obligation of each Lender to make an Advance or of any Issuing Bank to issue a Letter of Credit on the occasion of the Initial Extension of Credit hereunder is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent before or concurrently with the Initial Extension of Credit:
Conditions Precedent to Borrowing The obligation of the Liquidity Provider to make an Advance on the occasion of each Borrowing shall be subject to the conditions precedent that the Effective Date shall have occurred and, prior to the date of such Borrowing, the Borrower shall have delivered a Notice of Borrowing which conforms to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and has been completed as may be required by the relevant form of the Notice of Borrowing for the type of Advances requested.
Conditions Precedent to Initial Borrowing The initial Borrowing under this Agreement is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent, except as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Conditions Precedent to Initial Credit Extension Bank’s obligation to make the initial Credit Extension is subject to the condition precedent that Bank shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank, such documents, and completion of such other matters, as Bank may reasonably deem necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation:
Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans and Letters of Credit The obligation of each Lender to make the Loans requested to be made by it on the Closing Date and the obligation of each Issuer to Issue Letters of Credit on the Closing Date is subject to the satisfaction or due waiver in accordance with Section 11.1 (
Conditions Precedent to Each Borrowing The obligation of each Lender to make an Advance on the occasion of each Borrowing shall be subject to the conditions precedent that the Effective Date shall have occurred and on the date of such Borrowing the following statements shall be true (and each of the giving of the applicable Borrowing Notice and the acceptance by the Borrower of the proceeds of such Borrowing shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that on the date of such Borrowing such statements are true):
Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 6.2, Lenders shall not be required to fund any requested Loan, issue any Letter of Credit, or otherwise extend credit to Borrowers hereunder, until the date (“Closing Date”) that each of the following conditions has been satisfied:
Conditions Precedent to Each Borrowing and Issuance The obligation of each Lender to make an Advance (other than an Advance made by any Issuing Bank or any Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c)) on the occasion of each Borrowing and the obligation of each Issuing Bank to issue a Letter of Credit shall be subject to the conditions precedent that the Effective Date shall have occurred and on the date of such Borrowing or such Issuance (as the case may be) the following statements shall be true (and each of the giving of the applicable Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Issuance and the acceptance by the Borrower of the proceeds of such Borrowing or such Issuance shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that on the date of such Borrowing or such Issuance such statements are true):
Conditions Precedent to the Initial Extension of Credit The obligation of each Lender to make its initial extension of credit provided for hereunder, is subject to the fulfillment, to the satisfaction of Agent and each Lender of each of the conditions precedent set forth on Schedule 3.1 (the making of such initial extension of credit by a Lender being conclusively deemed to be its satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent).
