Common use of Conditions Precedent to NTP2 Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to NTP2. No later than ten (10) days following satisfaction of the conditions set out in Part 1 (Conditions Precedent to NTP1) of Schedule 20 (Conditions Precedent to Notices to Proceed), the Department shall issue a notice (NTP2) to the Development Entity authorizing commencement of the Remaining Work.
