CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE INITIAL TERM LOANS. The obligation of the Initial Term Loan Lenders to fund the Initial Term Loans under this Loan Agreement is subject to the satisfaction (or waiver by the Administrative Agent) of the following conditions precedent on or before the Closing Date:
CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE INITIAL TERM LOANS. The effectiveness of the Original Credit Agreement, including the Lenders’ obligation to make the Initial Term Loans, was subject to the fulfillment, to the reasonable satisfaction of Agents and each Lender and its counsel, of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.1 of the Original Credit Agreement, in addition to the conditions set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.
