Conditions Precedent to the Seller’s Consent to the Closing. The Sellers’ consent to the closing is subject to the Buyer’s fulfillment and its urge with the Reasonably Best Efforts for the fulfillment of the present article by other parties, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Sellers, on or before the Closing Date, unless the Sellers waiver in writing (whole waiver or partial waiver of the additional waiver conditions):
