Common use of Conditions Precedent under the Station Facility Management Agreement Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent under the Station Facility Management Agreement. (i) The conditions precedent required to be fulfilled by the Developer under the Station Facility Management Agreement shall have been fulfilled by the Developer. Provided that upon request in writing by the Developer, Authority may in its discretion, waive or extend the date of compliance of any of the Conditions Precedent set forth above.
