Grant subject to obligation. 3.2.1 It is clarified that the rights granted in respect of operation and maintainence of the property business space under this Article 3 to the Licensee are subject to the conditions attached to exercise of such rights and performance of its obligations as set out in the Agreement and other documents executed pursuant to the Agreement.
Grant subject to obligation. 3.4.1 It is clarified that the rights granted in respect of the Station Development Project and Commercial Development Project under this Article 3 to the Developer are subject to the conditions attached to exercise of such rights and performance of its obligations as set out in the Agreement and other documents executed pursuant to the Agreement.
Grant subject to obligation. 3.4.1 It is clarified that the rights granted under this Article 3 to the Facility Manager are subject to the conditions attached to exercise of such rights and performance of its obligations as set out in the SFM Agreement and other documents executed pursuant to the SFM Agreement.
