CONDITIONS REPORT. (a) Where requested by the Company, representatives of the Lessor and the Company must arrange to jointly meet to inspect the Goods and following the inspection, complete a Condition Report with respect to each item of the Goods. (b) The Conditions Report(s) will be conclusive and binding evidence as to the condition of each item of the Goods as of the time of the report.
