Conditions Subsequent The obligation of the Lender Group (or any member thereof) to continue to make Revolving Loans (or otherwise extend credit hereunder) is subject to the fulfillment, on or before the date applicable thereto, of the conditions subsequent set forth on Schedule 3.6 to this Agreement (the failure by Borrowers to so perform or cause to be performed such conditions subsequent as and when required by the terms thereof (unless such date is extended, in writing, by Agent, which Agent may do without obtaining the consent of the other members of the Lender Group), shall constitute an Event of Default).
Conditions Subsequent to the Initial Extension of Credit The obligation of the Lender Group (or any member thereof) to continue to make Advances (or otherwise extend credit hereunder) is subject to the fulfillment, on or before the date applicable thereto, of each of the conditions subsequent set forth below (the failure by Borrowers to so perform or cause to be performed constituting an Event of Default):
Conditions Subsequent to Effectiveness As an accommodation to the Loan Parties, the Agents and the Lenders have agreed to execute this Agreement and to make the Loans on the Effective Date notwithstanding the failure by the Loan Parties to satisfy the conditions set forth below on or before the Effective Date. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO PURCHASER'S OBLIGATIONS The obligations of Purchaser hereunder to consummate the transaction contemplated hereunder shall in all respects be conditioned upon the satisfaction of each of the following conditions prior to or simultaneously with the Closing, any of which may be waived by Purchaser in its sole discretion by written notice to Seller at or prior to the Closing Date:
