Common use of Conditions to Airframe and Engine Replacement Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Airframe and Engine Replacement. The Owner’s right to substitute a Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as provided in Section 4.05(a)(i) shall be subject to the fulfillment, at the Owner’s sole cost and expense, in addition to the conditions contained in such Section 4.05(a)(i), of the following conditions precedent:

The Owner’s 's right to substitute a Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or 4.05(a)(i) ), as the case may be, shall be subject to the fulfillment, at the Owner’s 's sole cost and expense, in addition to the conditions contained in such Section 4.04(e) or 4.05(a)(i), as the case may be, of the following conditions precedent:

The Owner’s right to substitute a Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as provided in Section 4.05(a)(i2.05(a)(i) shall be subject to any applicable consents, restrictions and other terms of the Loan Agreement (including Section 6.13 thereof), and the fulfillment, at the Owner’s sole cost and expense, in addition to the conditions contained in such Section 4.05(a)(i2.05(a)(i), of the following conditions precedent:
