Conditions to all Advances and Letters of Credit. The obligation of the Agent, Letter of Credit Issuer and Xxxxxxx to fund any Revolving Loans, issue any Letters of Credit or to extend any other credit hereunder after the Closing Date is subject solely to satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
