Conditions to All Borrowings and the Issuance of Any Letters of Credit. The obligation of the Lenders to make or convert any Loans agreed to be made by them hereunder and the obligation of the L/C Issuer to issue, renew or amend any Letter of Credit (including any initial Loans to be made or Letters of Credit to be issued on the Initial Borrowing Date) are subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent on the relevant Borrowing Date or date of issuance of a Letter of Credit, as applicable.
