Conditions to City Obligations Not Satisfied. If for any reason all of the Conditions to City Obligations have not been fully satisfied (or waived in writing as specifically authorized by the City Council) by August 1, 2014 then in such event, City may, by written notice to Club and BSD, extend the Conditions to City Obligations or may elect to terminate this Agreement.
