Termination for Failure of Conditions to Be Satisfied. If for any reason any Condition to Commencement has not been fully and timely satisfied (or waived in writing by City Representative and Tenant, as applicable) by the applicable deadline provided herein (as the same may be extended by City Representative) either Party may (subject to the limitations set forth herein), by Notice to the other Party elect to terminate this Lease, in accordance with Article XV.
