Conditions to Each Post-Closing Extension of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make any extension of credit (excluding a conversion of Loans to the other Type, or a continuation of Eurocurrency Loans, and except as expressly permitted under Section 2.23) requested to be made by it hereunder on any date is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
