Lessor’s obligations under this Agreement are conditioned on the completion of the following conditions to Lessor’s reasonable satisfaction on or before the Condition Satisfaction Date: Completion of a physical inspection of the Facility and the property upon which the Facility is located (the “Premises”) including, if applicable, geotechnical work, and real estate due diligence to confirm the suitability of the Facility and the Premises for the System;
