Breakdown Notice. Purchaser shall notify Seller within twenty-four (24) hours following the discovery by it of (i) any material malfunction in the operation of the System; or (ii) any occurrences that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System. Purchaser shall notify Seller immediately upon (i) an interruption in the supply of electrical energy from the System; or (ii) the discovery of an emergency condition respecting the System. Purchaser and Seller shall each designate personnel and establish procedures such that each Party may provide notice of such conditions requiring Seller’s repair or alteration at all times, twenty-four (24) hours per day, including weekends and holidays.

Judicial Council and Contractor shall each designate personnel and establish procedures such that each Party may provide notice of such conditions requiring Contractor’s repair or alteration at all times, 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Judicial Council shall notify Contractor immediately upon the discovery of an emergency condition affecting the System.

Licensee shall notify Judicial Council within twenty-four (24) hours following Licensee’s discovery of (a) any material malfunction in the operation of the System or (b) an interruption in the supply of Electricity from the System. Judicial Council and Licensee shall each designate personnel and establish procedures such that each Party may provide notice of such conditions requiring Licensee’s repair or alteration at all times, twenty-four (24) hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Judicial Council shall notify Licensee immediately upon the discovery of an emergency condition affecting the System.
Breakdown Notice. Seller shall make commercially reasonable efforts to notify Purchaser within twenty-four (24) hours following Seller’s discovery of an interruption in the supply of electrical energy from the System.
Breakdown Notice. Vendor {Contractor} shall notify the Using Agency as soon as reasonably practicable, but in no instance greater than within twenty-four (24) hours following Vendor’s {Contractor’s} discovery of (i) any material malfunction in the operation of the System or (ii) an interruption in the supply of electrical energy from the System. Vendor {Contractor} shall designate personnel and establish procedures to provide notice to the Using Agency of such conditions requiring Vendor’s {Contractor’s} repair or alteration and shall at all times, twenty-four (24) hours per day, including weekends and holidays, perform repair and alteration to the System to restore reliable operation of the System. Vendor {Contractor} shall notify the Using Agency immediately upon the discovery of an emergency condition affecting the System or affecting the Using Agency’s regular use of its facilities that rely on the System.
Breakdown Notice. Developer shall notify MIRA within twenty-four (24) hours following Developer’s dis- covery of any material malfunction in the operation of the CEFCEF. MIRA shall notify Developer immediately upon its discovery of an emergency condition affecting the Prop- erty. The Parties shall each designate personnel and establish procedures for the provision of the aforesaid notices such that each Party may provide reasonable notice of such condi- tions at all times, including weekends and holidays.
