CONDITIONS TO MODIFICATION. The following are conditions precedent to the modification of the Loan under this Agreement, for the benefit of Lender only. If any of the following conditions shall not be satisfied on or before April ___, 2017, then without limitation on Lender’s rights and remedies at law or in equity, at Lender’s option, Section 2.1 of this Agreement shall be of no further force or effect.
